We strive to always ship your order out in a timely manner, but living in an extremely rural area means we are subject to power outages and weather delays more often than many other locations. Product Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Products may be returned for refund in both unopened and undamaged condition only. Note that if the factory seal is broken the product is NOT eligible for refund or return. The refunded amount will be based upon the product total (plus tax) – shipping costs are not refundable. Note that unopened items returned in damaged condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We wish to help you resolve any issues before you make a return – Please contact us within 14 days if there was a missing item or any other issues regarding your package or delivery.
