When you email THE BRICK CHICK you are emailing ME Jenn Wagner! I’m the only employee and running this store is very much a full time endeavour for me. I balance my time between shipping, buying, sorting, and being a stay-at-home-homework-helping-sometimes-even-house-cleaning-dinner-cooking-wife-and-MOM. Please don’t think that I have several helpers running around to fetch and carry for me as I am all alone in this operation.

I am only human and as such I sometimes make mistakes for which I can say that I am heartily sorry for. I take my role as “Important Needed Parts Purveyor” very seriously and if you have an issue with my service I want to hear from you!
